Upon successful completion and thorough review of the victim’s progress during their “Norm Therapy” portion of their experience with ARO, we will then assign the appropriate counselor, clinicians, doctor, therapist, etc. to that person in order to take the “Norm Therapy” data and review in order to further schedule treatment and assistance for that survivor throughout the remainder of their experience with ARO.
“Norm Therapy” is a fact-finding mission of the truth so by the time they are ready for professional therapy, it will be based on the truth and solid footing.
We are going to incorporate existing industry standard psychological and medical practices to our “Norm Therapy” and further define a baseline therapy from which the professionals can carry on their mission to help the abuse victim. ARO will provide workshops, seminars, self-help talks, online education, role play exercises and many other self-evaluating techniques to ensure that the abused continue with our protocols, our doctors and our therapies.
This is not a quick fix in which someone gets certificate or completes a seminar. When a victim receives treatment from ARO, we will examine every part of their life, every lie they have ever told themselves and every truth ever hidden from them to the best of our ability. We will build a baseline of overt clarity for each abused victim. Basically, what we are doing is providing a clear picture of their problem to the abused. Once they can see their problem and once ARO understands the components of their problem, ARO is in a better position to provide the right therapies, counselors and/or medical professionals to get them the help they need at ARO.
