FEB 2018 – ARO CONCEPTUAL BUSINESS PHASE
Kelly Dehn & Michael Gibson began the arduous tasks of thoroughly researching the Abuse Care Industry, its components, access to support services, pricing, prevailing therapies, potential business models, personnel attributes, laws, and the like. During which time, Kelly was undergoing a primitive but effective version of today's Norm Therapy™️.

MAY 2018 – WEBSITE & CORPORATE EVOLUTION
Going live on the website, as well as on many other Social Media sites was one heck of a coordination. At the time, we were between 3 or 4 people strong. Developing Norm Therapy™️, adding new team members and developing an Internship Program with 70 interns was a heavy burden. Nevertheless, we learned so much in the process. We'd been incorporated by now and began the IRS 501(c)(3) registration. We also called on friends and family for donations. These were difficult times and endeavors coupled with the emergence of the COVID 19 Pandemic. It hadn't gotten any easier however, we persevered and simply got smarter. We had to.
FEB 2019 – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RAMP UP
Our corporate ramp-up was slow, extremely well researched and time sensitive. "The Abuse Care Industry" is one of the most disjoined industries on the planet. Psychiatrists oriented towards their path, Psychologists along theirs, Social Workers along theirs, the Police, serving as a national quasi-disjointed social working network and the body of Case Workers were too vast and eclectic to even qualify as a collective body. NOV 2019 – PROFESSIONALS, REFINEMENT & GROWTH
The acquisition of talented and serious professionals is the plight of every company. ARO is no different. Having a fully functional volunteer workforce is an amazing feat to accomplish. The obvious problem is that after developing relationships, training personnel and coming to depend on key people, we lose them. For every 5 that join we lose 1 or 2. Through our fundraising efforts, we will do our best to remedy this problem by paying key and effective personnel. Norm Therapy™️ and further corporate buildout are expensive and highly technical objectives. Our Fundraising Department is on track to meet the needs and the fiscal responsibility of the future.
MAR 2020 COVID & PUSHING THROUGH
The COVID-19 Pandemic devastated the world. Up against the backdrop of the pandemic, with everyone online and the abused are trapped, for the most part, with their tormentors. We saw an opportunity to grow and get our message out there. We took it! We began building our corporate foundation from the ground up. We had 5 departments and 30+ on staff volunteer professionals. Our momentum began as we went from adding 1 or 2 Volunteers a month to 5 or 6 back then. Now we are currently projected adding 50-60 Staff Volunteers a month with an average of 450 to 500 applicants in the HR Hiring Queue.
PRESENT DAY – FUTURE
We have grown immensely. ARO has 20 Departments and 190+ personnel of on staff volunteers with world class pedigree. We are projected at having 500 on board by the end of 2021 or early 2022. We are ramping up the Norm Therapy™️ Pilot Phase as well as targeting major funders and donors worldwide. Our Philanthropic and Grant Departments are amazing. Our Human Resources Department rivals any Fortune 1000. We are still all volunteers. Upon completion of our Pilot and further buildout of our Male Component, we estimate providing limited services sometime in early 2022. We have since acquired Amazon, Microsoft and Kroger, to name a few, to our list of sponsors. We are on an astonishing trajectory of growth and success.
