NORM THERAPY®
GETTING TO THE TRUTH ONE PERSON AT A TIME! ©
Norm Therapy® helps you to recall the origins of how events actually occur in life so you don’t have to defend the things that don’t. The only way to your truth is to trust us TO HELP. We have nothing to gain but your wellness.

Norm Therapy® engages victims in a comprehensive journey, helping them recognize their abusive situations, assess their personal strengths and vulnerabilities, and offers practical strategies for a deeper understanding of their abuse. This approach also aids in preparing for therapeutic interventions and, if necessary, the extraction from abusive environments. Crucially, it involves a critical, decisive effort from the victim as a vital part of the healing process. “It’s impossible to help someone who isn’t helping themselves”.

Norm Therapy® assists victims and survivors in recognizing the reality of their experiences, shifting focus from defending against unfounded allegations to understanding actual events.
