    Executive Assistant

    The Office of Executive Director – Executive Assistant reviews, prioritizes, directs and delegates a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration. Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to the Executive Director – that are focused on increasing the efficiency of the executive. Being an Office of Executive Director – Executive Assistant responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive. Summarizes, prioritizes, and researches information, etc.

    Office Manager

    Administers office activities and services including the supervision of office staff to achieve maximum productivity and expense control. Develops procedures and policies for administrative activities, such as records maintenance, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, and other related internal operations. Purchases and maintains office equipment and supplies. Tracks and analyzes operational costs. Coordinates delivery of office services with other departments. Recruits and trains office support staff. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a Senior Executive(s). Is responsible for the direction and coordination of several business office operations. May require an associate’s degree in a related area with at least 7 years of experience in the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

    Donations – Fund Raising Manager

    Implement directives from superiors in an effective manner, and execute routine decisions without direction. Execute excellent donor stewardship by recording the donor’s interest, restrictions, and expectations into the donor record in ARO’s or similar donor management system. Represent ARO at various events to bring new donors into the fold and identify partnership, strategic and governmental opportunities.  Demonstrates strategic thinking and good decision-making, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. Works efficiently under pressure and with others.
