What is the ARO Internship Program?

The ARO Internship Program is administered by Ms. Kelly Dehn, National Executive Director, Abuse Refuge Org.

The ARO Internship Program introduces Interns to the important role ARO plays in ensuring a productive life in the Abuse Community for everyone. Interns gain practical experience through projects, special assignments, or research that support federal, state, and community-based programs, policies, and best practices in the understanding prevention and treatment of Narcissistic, Physical, Financial, Psychological, Sexual and Self Abuses.

Interns selected as ARO interns will use their specific skills and knowledge while experiencing the value of their education. For fifteen weeks (Up to 40 hours per week), at the ARO headquarters in Columbus, Ohio each intern will be able to work under the guidance of a ARO manager in a ARO department whose function closely matches their course of study and field of interest.
